Nina was born in Lebanon and raised in Sweden. She studied at the Arab Music Institute in Cairo, Egypt.

She has been invited to perform at many music festivals and jazz sessions worldwide and received many honour awards for her performances.

Nina is the first Female oud player who released an oud album which became the third best selling arabic album at the Virgin Megastore in 2014.
